Volunteer Charity Administrator

Inspire the Nations is a recently registered in Sheffield. The charity’s purpose is formulated as: The relief of those in need, by reason of youth, age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other social and economic disadvantage both in the UK and the Great African Lakes in particular but not exclusively through the provision of support, advice and guidance to refugees and immigrants settling in the UK and refugees in the Great African Lakes.
Inspire the nations is looking for a dedicated volunteer administrator to support its mission. The volunteer administrator will work to support the charity by handling administrative tasks like respond to inquiries and emails, draft reports and letters, Assist with managing social media accounts, ensuring regular updates. The volunteer administrator will also support in managing charity database, event planning, communication with local authorities and partners, drafting small projects and fundraising support. Interested candidates need to have strong organisational, communication, and IT skills, and interest to work with vulnerable groups. Intersted candidates are also required to familiarise themselves with safeguarding policies and social communication ability.
